This is a fantastic Pre-War elevator bldg that is an absolute gem! If you are looking for a true 1 bedroom then this is the apt that you have to see! Great layout brand new subway tiled bathroom, tons of sunlight, great views and it is pin drop quiet. And it's pet friendly!This is the only unit avail in this bldg and they always go fast.
