THE NEIGHBORHOOD: SoHo, east of Lafayette, is as good as it gets. If you aren't already familiar with the hood, access to the Prince N/R Train, and Spring 6 Train, is just a moment away. Surrounding the building are many tree lined streets packed with many of the neighborhoods top restaurants, shops, boutiques, and Manhattan's best shopping. After shooting this space we walked around the corner to enjoy lunch at Grey Dog (delicious sandwiches yum). We highly recommend the area. THE APARTMENT: This particular apartment has been beautifully renovated with new flooring, molding, modern kitchen with Microwave & Dishwasher, and Modern Bathroom with marble tiles. The finishes are just beautiful, as can be seen in the photos. Stainless appliances in the separate kitchen include a window and Stacked WASHER/DRYER. The No Fee listing is available NOW so call us to take a look.
