  I contacted Taylor when time was running out and deck was stacked against me. I was in dire straights. In walks Taylor, cool, calm, and collected. He patiently listened to everything I've already gone through and the kind of apt I was looking for. The next day I looked at 5 awesome apts and had a new problem, which apt to take. I could heap accolades and positive adjectives at Taylor, and he would be worthy of them all, but they would just get in the way. Taylor is extremely good at his job, he's a great guy, and very nice. Which, after dealing with a lot of brokers in NYC, is a rare combination. If you are looking for an apt and want to have an easier time of it you should work with Taylor. You won't be disappointed.

  Taylor was great! He was open with everything and showed us really great apartments. Since I am a college student I had a set schedule and Taylor was very flexible with his time. He was terrific with the entire process and I am glad to have worked with him!
