Upper West Side

Quiet Good transportation Fun nightlife Great food

Upper West Side residents can’t imagine living anywhere else.

The buildings are beautiful and, with a few exceptions, tend not to tower over the blocks. The pace of life is a bit slower than in other areas of NYC. For anyone that has lived in or knows Boston, the neighborhood is the closest thing to Boston living that New York has.

Up for rent is an amazing deal on a true 2BR in the most prestigeous zip code in the country! Each of the bedrooms fit queen sized beds easily with room for furniture and have closets. The living room is extra large and sets up absolutely perfectly which I'm sure you are realizing is a rarity in NYC! The kitchen is very large and easily accomodates a small dining table. The kitchen is completely renovated with stainless steel applainces (including a dishwasher!) and absolutle black marble counter tops. The bathroom is updated nicely and has a large vanity.
