  Oh my gosh, Steven was amazing! He was so professional and knowledgeable about the New York rental scene. I was scared of all that may lie ahead but he held my hand along the way and made me feel comfortable with each step. He even alerted me to the apartments with problems that I should be aware of - bedbugs and other stuff that I didn't have to worry about back home. I didn't get the first apartment I applied for but Steven actually found me a better apartment than the one I lost! I can't say enough about this agent and the team working with him. Thanks, Steve, for helping me with my big NYC move. I'll see you again next year when my salary and apartment budget get a bump! Best, Karen Moses
