For Downtown Manhattan, the R and the M will get you there in less than 20. Quiet residential block, yet near fabulous shopping and dining options on 5th and 4th Avenues.

  Although I ultimately found an apartment not represented by an agent, Julie was a joy to work with. She instinctually understood what I was looking for (even as I myself wasn't sure!) and only showed me apartments that were up to snuff. Even more importantly, she patiently answered my myriad questions and helped me understand and navigate the intricacies of renting in NYC (my first time, after having lived abroad for years). Julie also showed me that there were many more options within my budget than I'd assumed and actively sought them out. She is equal parts professional and personable and almost immediately after meeting her, I felt like I'd made a new friend, someone I could trust to respect for my interests to the utmost degree. I cannot recommend her enough.

  My girlfriend and I had an AMAZING experience with JULIE CHO! Not only did she help us explore a variety of options, she HELPED negotiate and stick within our budget. Most importantly, Julie looks out for her clients FIRST - something SO RARE in the NYC real estate game. She encouraged us to look and shop around and find the best deal for us, and put her broker fee secondary behind our needs/budget. Also encouraged us to not jump into the first , glamorous apartment we found. Finally, the icing on the cake was that we didn't even end up going with Ideal as we found another apartment on the market for a better d deal - goes to show you that honesty, dignity , and putting the client first will win in the long run and I hope this review brings Julie the business she deserves. Again, cannot stress this enough - GO WITH JULIE if you do not want to waste time (& money). A+
