  Ken was kind and to the point throughout our entire interaction. My roommate and I had restrictions on our search that were very tough to meet and Ken did a great job being proactive and communicative in his search. He was always very upfront with regards to the obstacles we would be met with did well to not waste our time applying to apartments that, ultimately, would not take us. I only wish we had found him earlier in our search!— we began talking after my roommate and I had already put in an application (we weren't sure we'd be approved first), but ended up getting approved and taking that apartment.
