The owners have combined many of the apartments in the building, restoring them to their original comfortable size. The rooms have been renovated for added closet space, and the kitchens are large in order to make room for a dishwasher, microwave and plenty of countertop and cabinet space. The antique oak floors and solid wood doors have been maintained and restored, giving these apartments the feeling of home. The larger units have French doors, and windows on all sides of the building provide multiple exposures to natural light.
These pictures are of a two bedroom, one bath unit on the fourth floor is newly renovated and includes a dishwasher, microwave, and all new floors, walls and countertops. Currently available is a similar 3 bedroom.
The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with the park at Jumel Mansion less than a block away. The superintendent lives at the building.
