He worked diligently to get us our desired apartment, and his good advice and quick action paved the road to our approval.   I thought Simon did a great job helping my roommate and I look for a great apartment in the price range and location we most desired. We are both new to the east coast and had never worked with brokers before. He asks a lot of questions up front but once that was out of the way he very quickly scheduled several appointments to see apartments all in one day. It took us a couple of weeks from start to lease signing. Other brokers often took days to get back to me with listings of apartments Simon had already shown me (and let's face it, we all know how quickly apartments go in the city). He worked hard to help us and it was much appreciated.
