  The only reason I did not rent an apartment from Deondra is that during our search I received a call from a friend advising of a perfect unlisted opportunity. I was VERY impressed with Deondra's professionalism and attentiveness. She listened to my desires and concerns and worked hard to come up with options that respected both.   Deondra was very professional and knowledgeable about the units we saw. She spent time with me getting an understanding of what I needed and what I was looking for but yet being honest with me about what neighborhoods would best fit the needs and price point. She didn't waste my time or hers by showing me units that she knew I wouldn't like or weren't what I could afford. If you are looking for someone who will stick with you through the rental process, someone who will listen to your needs and do everything she can to find your next home, then contact Deondra.
