  Jordan was amazing to work with. My boyfriend and I were looking for our first place together and Jordan was determined to find us the perfect place. He worked around our schedules to meet us on a Sunday. He was friendly and professional, providing us with everything we needed to know. Our paperwork was put through immediately and the other employees in the office were as nice and helpful as Jordan. He stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process and answered every email that I sent to him immediately. He brought us back after normal work hours to take measurements of the place. He was just as excited as us when we were approved. I have worked with a few brokers since living in the city and it was so refreshing to work with someone that made the process fun and stress-free. On top of everything, there was no fee! I never thought renting in NYC could be such a great experience. Do yourself a favor and contact Jordan. You won't be disappointed.

  my roommate and I were very specific about what we wanted and we worked with two brokers who made no attempt to meet out needs...we were really sick of being shown places WAY out of our price range and that were very different from what was advertised. by the time we met jordan we were already drained and frustrated. he was very encouraging and worked with us until we found the right place that met all of our needs, especially in regards to budget and location. he was super easy to get in touch with, always responded right away, and was straight up with us about everything. he really advocated for us and continued to present us with new options, until we found the one we wanted (we looked at 5 places total). he made the process very easy and stress free and we are really grateful to him for putting up with us! we actually recommended him to a friend and he found her an apartment too. we love our new apartment in the east village and we're really glad that we ended up working with him!
