  Nancy was very attentive to what I needed in an apartment. She showed me several apartments in the West Village and in some of her specialty areas, Murray Hill and Gramercy. In addition to showing me apartments, she provided me with a lot of information about the neighborhoods I was looking at. Unlike other brokers, I never felt any pressure from her to rent an apartment that I wasn't fully comfortable with. She will make your search for a new apartment a stress free experience. Even though I didn't rent through Nancy, I would recommend her to anyone.

  Nancy is awesome! I worked with Nancy on finding a studio/ 1 bed in East Village on a very tight budget ($1800 or less) ... as someone with no credit rating in USA, Nancy helped me find flexible buildings and landlords. It was lovely to work with Nancy and she goes above and beyond for her clients! I appreciated all her hard work as well as her attention to detail- she sent me summary emails of all the apartments we saw after each viewing and was always communicating and honest.
