  I'm ashamed to say I was not the best client to work with when I first started working with Issayas. I'd just had a horrible experience with another agent from the nightmare that is Craigslist. However, he was extremely patient and kind to me despite my eye rolling, growling and nasty behavior.. Dare I say it, he was a true professional and a person rather than a robot. He took the time to educate me on the market and answer all my questions. I ended up with an amazing apartment that ended up being cheaper than the no-fee I thought I was renting from the Sleezeball from craigslist even with the broker fee that Turd surprised me with at the lease signing. I owe this great experience to both Naked Apartments but most of all, Issayas, who I would not have found elsewhere. Although it was difficult to part with any sum of money, let alone a 15 percent broker fee - he showed me no-fee apartments as well as low fee ones and let me decide which one I wanted. I've never written a review before except on yelp to complain about restaurants so this is a first for me but his effort and work is worth it. This is the guy I want to buy my first apt with next year and who I would refer to all my friends.

  Excellent broker! Truly felt like he was on our side versus the other brokers we worked with who kept pushing us to apply and apply. Did his research very well, my bf and I had large dog which made it impossible to rent in the city. He found us a wonderful townhouse on the UWS with a friendly landlord. You know you have a good broker when he visits after you've moved in. Overall experience was wonderful. Keep at it IT!! H & Z
