  As someone who was a less than ideal client considering among other things, I had a very limited budget and less than 72 hours to view apartments, I can assure prospective renters that Sergey and the staff at Ideal will perform something akin to magic to make sure you find a new home in the big city. In an almost immediate response to my query, a well-informed Sergey walked me through the process of securing a comfortable space from afar. Not only was I put at ease after several insightful conversations, I actually looked forward to working with the Ideal team. After traveling from Virginia to New York on a busy holiday weekend, I met with an affable individual who braved an overly concerned parent and my penchant for histrionics, while showing me an array of inviting apartments.   Sergey Tsimberov is exactly the broker I was looking to work with. He's kind, personal, caring, and keeps to his word. He promptly replied to my apartment request, and even though that one was no longer available, he sent me other links of available apartments (all of them based on my prerequisites and similar to my first choice). When we met the next day to look at places, he had a list of apartments with him for us to view, and expected and wanted to show me a number of them so that I could get a good feel for what was available before I made my decision. He wasn't in a hurry to make his commission, and never tried to talk me into taking an apartment; he wanted me to find the place that I liked. Once I made my choice, though, he did rush, focusing solely on my application, and actually got an answer from the landlord the same day: I was accepted! I came to trust Sergey, and will recommend him to any of my friends and acquaintances who are looking to move, knowing that they will be in good, dependable, and competent hands, and will be able to find the apartment that they want. Sergey Tsimberov should be your choice for a broker, too.
