  Alex is a great broker and a wonderful person to know. He is kind, courteous, articulate and knowledgeable. He is also sensitive to a client's needs. He is happy to show you anything and everything you want to see and is incredibly quick and responsive.   Alex seemed like a genuine person. He did not try to oversell or pressure us. He made himself available to talk about our preferences even though it was late and he had already gotten off work. He let us know apartments usually only go on the market a few weeks before they're available but wanted to show us a few places anyway, so that we could familiarize ourselves with the neighborhood and be ready when the time came. I've never had a broker offer to show places just so I could get a feel for what I'm looking for. It felt like he was trying to help us find an apartment we'd like rather than make a sale. We are very happy with the apartment we found through Alex and would work with him again.
