  I was not the easiest client to deal with, I am picky and my parents were concerned about me moving to NYC after graduating. I was running around the city for a few weeks with other agents seeing some horrible apartments, I finally found Anthony on this website and within four days he found me an apartment. Anthony made the process extremely easy, he even had lunch with my parents when they came into town to answer their questions and put their mind at ease with my move. He was honest, responded immediately even at 11pm on a Saturday and kept me in my budget.

  Anthony was very helpful throughout the entire process. I am new to the NYC rental market and had many questions that Anthony was happy to take the time and answer. He showed me a variety of apartments and I never felt pressured to rush into a decision. Once I did find the right apartment he got me approved within 24 hours and helped me secure a moving company. My friends have told me their horror stories regarding the NYC rental market but thankfully my experience has been nothing but pleasurable. I will definitely be using Anthony the next time a need an apartment and would refer him to my friends.
