Gramercy Park

Quiet Good transportation Young crowd

Few neighborhoods are as lovely as Gramercy, arguably the most charming area of New York City.

Situated between Murray Hill and the East Village, Gramercy has a relaxed, old-money type of feel. It’s no wonder, as in pre-civil war New York the brownstones and mansions facing the park were the poshest places to live in the city. Former New York governors and presidential candidates have lived in Gramercy, as did young Theodore Roosevelt.

This apartment is HUGE! Literally, I walked in and my mouth dropped open b/c I was not intending it to be so large. First, there's a pass through kitchen (meaning two entryways) w/ FULL fridge, FULL stove, GIANT fridge, and DISHWASHER. Next to the kitchen is a dining nook. The living area has 6 windows facing East--enjoy plenty of morning sun! PARTY PALACE!!! Living area could fit an entire living room set plus 52" TV, a desk area, yoga studio, play room, gerbil village...I joke I joke. Add the doorman, commons roof deck, zen garden, and excellent location,'d barely want to leave. Currently undergoing renovation and cleaning.
