  I just wanted to shoot you a quick note regarding our VERY positive experience working with Nyron Chin-Sang. My husband Gabe and I have worked with several brokers in Manhattan over the past few years and our experience working with Nyron was completely different than working with any other broker in the city.   Yes, my roommates have rented from Nyron before and he was very helpful in the process and was able to negotiate a great price for us which saved us and extra $2,400 for the year!!! Great broker he has been in the business for several years now and really knows his way around.
