  I was pretty stressed when I knew moving was in my future. I called Adam on a property and he asked me a series of questions to understand my needs. We scheduled an appointment a few days later, and he took me to see about 8 apartments. I knew there was one that I really liked, but I wanted to see some more to make sure it was the right one. After my second day out, Adam took me around the West Village for another few hours, which reaffirmed that the place I saw on the first day out was just what I wanted. I applied, and Sarah helped negotiate my rent down $100/month. In the end, I got the right apartment, at the right price.

  I had a rough start to my apartment search. I went through a few brokers, who continued to waste my time and not listen to my boundaries. Adam and Sarah knew their inventory and found me exactly what I was looking for in the first three properties they showed me. I love my new apartment, and couldn't thank them more!
