He showed me exactly what I asked to see in the areas I wanted, at the prices I wanted, and didn't pressure me into picking a place outside of my criteria. He sent my roommate and I extensive video tours of our apartment, building, and laundry room because we could not come to the city to see the apartment. I would highly recommend Tom.
