In a neighborhood where one-bedrooms now start at $1900, a $2200 REAL 2-bedroom is about as easy to find as a $2200 REAL unicorn. This completely renovated and pet friendly two-bedroom is not large (surprise!), but it has 2 real separate bedrooms (as in it's not a railroad), and a completely functional kitchen and living room area, where you could have enough room to put a couch and a television. The bathroom and kitchen are entirely brand new, as the whole building has been gut renovated. It's also just 4 blocks from mccarren park! So if you're not quite sure you want to move to Bushwick yet, this is probably worth checking out. If you have a $3500 budget and you're looking for "a little extra space" this is definitely not the place you want.
