THE PROPERTY: This 1 bedroom rental is very large, at roughly 750sqft. A queen or king size bed can fit comfortably in the bedroom, while a kitchen table will fit along with your living room set up, in the main space. The kitchen appliances, countertop, and storage, rests in a nook off of the living room, so that you don't have to be all up in everyone's stuff when you are making dinner. The bathroom is large and nicely finished, and the balcony is a great place for some plants and seating. OUR OPINION: The sister building to 'The Driggs' is much more cozy, petite, and private .... and in our opinion, much better for those reasons. The building is really very nicely finished, with rustic wood in the lobby and building front, and tasteful decor in the billiards room, hallways, and roof deck. If you want a new condo style rental in the center of the Burg this is a top option, just minutes away from the Bedford L Train, McCarren Park, the East River Park & Ferry, along with numerous top restaurants and bars.
