West Village

Quiet Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife Cool factor

Perhaps more than any other NYC neighborhood, West Villagers are obsessed with their neighborhood.

For instance, many forgo basic privacy by making two-bedroom apartments accommodate four roommates and embrace sleeping in a room with enough space for a bed and nothing more. They also give up...cash to live in one of the city's most expensive neighborhoods.

This is my favorite studio currently on the market. Not only is it newly-renovated with GORGEOUS cherry wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher, but it is also incredibly bright with tons of sunlight streaming through the windows. While you barely need the recessed lighting during the day, they are a nice touch. The apartment has three huge closets and a marble bathroom. Not only is the apartment fantastically renovated, but the building itself is impeccably maintained and has a laundry room. Also the location could not be better, steps from the 1,2&3 Trains on Seventh Ave. Save time and energy by either calling or emailing me to schedule an appointment to see this apartment and any other listings on the Citi Habitats website that may have piqued your interest.
