He was extremely patient with my pickiness (we actually saw 15 apartments before I chose one). I was very skeptical of using brokers due to the fee, but I can now see why paying a fee is better than choosing a mediocre apartment. The 15 rounds were worth it! Ryan knew the market well, and taught me alot about where things were going and why the rent prices have risen drastically. He was still able to find me a reasonably priced apt in the East Village. I will definitely use him again, probably when I am looking to buy my next home. He is the Broker of my Dreams!
