  Austin Fig is a wonderful broker and human being. It was abundantly clear from our initial meeting that he truly wanted to find us the perfect apartment, as opposed to the apartment that would earn him the highest commission. He was very thorough in asking questions about our desires--neighborhood, location, transportation needs, spacial needs, pet allowances, lighting preferences, storage needs, etc. He left no stone unturned and made a concerted effort to get to know us as a friend, not a salesman. He then showed us listings that reflected exactly the preferences we had outlined. In the past, we've experienced brokers who listen to our requests and then proceed to show us apartments completely outside of our comfort zone. With Austin, every apartment had the majority of our requests and he took us out to see spaces multiple times-- all over Manhattan. He was professional, fair, hardworking, kind, and attentive. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a new place to live without question.
