  Dave was fantastic to work with. While we didn't end up renting from him, I've already recommended him to friends. He's quick to respond, pleasant and straight forward to deal with, willing to meet us late at a coffee shop to fill out an application because both my fiance and I work late. Dave listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us on a place we couldn't afford. Highly recommended!
