Upper West Side

Quiet Good transportation Fun nightlife Great food

Upper West Side residents can’t imagine living anywhere else.

The buildings are beautiful and, with a few exceptions, tend not to tower over the blocks. The pace of life is a bit slower than in other areas of NYC. For anyone that has lived in or knows Boston, the neighborhood is the closest thing to Boston living that New York has.

I live on the UWS. In a charming renovated studio. My kitchen has a large pantry closet, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. I shop Broadway for all my culinary delights- Westside Market, tons of delis and restaurants. When I'm in the mood for a show, I stroll on over to Symphony Space. Take my morning runs by Riverside Park and when I'm itching for the UES, I hop on the 96th Street crosstown bus. I don't have to worry about getting home late because my doorman is always there to take care of me. I live on the UWS, and I love it! Call today!Carpe Diem Live where YOU want to live! Call today!
