  My sister-in-law asked my wife and I to help her find an agent to find a great apartment and we came across Jamie Lynn through nakedapartments.com. I can unequivocally say that Jamie Lynn's professionalism, attitude, and work ethic stand head and shoulders above other agents who helped us in the past. We interviewed several agents, all of whom showed the requisite knowledge of the business. Jamie Lynn, like other agents whom we interviewed or helped us in the past, are very knowledgeable, which really is the minimum qualification you should expect from any agent in NYC. Initially, what distinguished her from the others, surprisingly, was the lack of fluff in her presentation during the interview. She did not wow us with any fancy or glossy marketing materials. Instead, Jamie Lynn asked questions and was patient enough to actually be quiet and LISTENED. Judging from her responses and follow through on her promises, it became obvious to us that she in fact genuinely listens to and serves in the best interest of her clients. To use the well worn metaphor; her actions do speak louder than words (or glossy marketing materials). Throughout the process, Jamie Lynn indeed showed all the qualities that true professionals should have. She is honest, sincere, extremely helpful, highly responsive, and has infinite patience. In the end, my sister-in-law thoroughly enjoyed having Jamie Lynn as her agent and is extremely pleased with the results. We will be more than happy to recommend Jamie Lynn to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent in the New York area.
