  Brant was incredibly professional and super friendly at the same time. It's hard to find the mix that Brant brings to the table, especially in the NYC real-estate industry. I had to find a place in a very short amount of time, and Brant made it happen and matched my perfectly. A lack of preparation/organization on my end was made up for by Brant's enthusiasm,patience, and willingness to help. I would suggest that anyone looking for an NYC apartment go directly to Brant!

  I had an awesome experience with one of Mr. Rosenberg's colleagues-- Marlene. If anyone is looking for an apartment in Queens or the surrounding areas or you have a rushed timeline for applying for apartments, Marlene will do absolutely everything to find you a place that fits your criteria. She was extremely proactive, friendly, well-spoken, and really took the time to find out exactly what I needed so she could find the perfect place for me. I ended up finding something larger for the same price with a different service, but Marlene was the best broker anyone could ask for and really took the stress out of the NYC apartment hunting experience.
