  He showed up on time at our predetermined meeting place after prompt and clear communication beforehand. He had several apartments to show me in the West Village that were what I was looking for and all were apartments that I hadn't yet seen from Citi Habitats and other brokers. I was fortunate to find a place I like and once we found it, he was accommodating in taking me in a cab back to their offices in a cab after 8pm. The rest of the process was smooth and professional. He even showed up with a great bottle of wine at the least signing. I had one issue where the brokerage instructed Lucas that the application fee was $100 and it actually ended up being $20. After the lease signing, Lucas cleared this matter up and I received an $80 check in the mail. He's a class act and a great agent! I really appreciated his service! Christopher

  My roommate and I had been searching for an apartment for over a month. We went through many brokers and had no luck. We met with Lucas for only two days and found the apartment of our dreams. The place met all of our requirements and then some. It was nice knowing that the stressful process was finally over and that we ended up with a fantastic apartment.
