  Ty is the most amazing Broker ever! After not hearing back from several Brokers, Ty responded to my inquiry within minutes. I literally needed to find a place in the Soho area within one day. Ty set up a full day of showings for me - he knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't deviate from my requests. I ended up signing with the very first apartment he showed me! It was a hidden gemstone that I didn't even know existed :) I will absolutely use Ty again if I ever leave my amazing apartment. He's the best!
