  Our apartment search was falling apart. There were 3 of us and multiple brokers showing us multiple stuff. Plus one of us was about to leave on a business trip. David cut through the mess and found us the biggest and cheapest 3 bed out there, and believe me we saw everything out there. What impressed was that David had a comprehensive view of the market. He had access to everything we had already seen and more. The apartment we eventually rented hadnt even hit the market yet. He even was able to negotiate a lease signing with our roommate who was out of town. We tried other brokers but didnt find what we were looking for until we tried David at Bond. Thanks for dealing with our issues David!
