  Simon is super efficient in taking me around to check for apartments. He showed me more than 12 apartments in one day! Aside from that, he was quick in knowing what I am looking for in an apartment and made it a point that I was comfortable with the apartment I chose by sharing feedback from previous tenants. I definitely will recommend him to my friends.

  What can I say, Simon Zhu is the amazing... He is knows what is going on the NYC apartment market. Since this initial meeting, his patience and expertise were at the forefront of his presentation and apartment showings. He took time to get to know us and really find out what our wants and needs really were. The hardest part of the whole process was choosing from all of the amazing apartments that he had to show us. Then once we selected our favorite, walked us through the process of securing the apartment step by step.
