  I was very lucky to have Jason work for me in finding my new apartment. At first I was hesitant about the whole broker thing and once I sat down with Jason I knew right away that I was in good hands. Jason was excellent in helping me understand the entire rental process and the difference between no fee and fee apartment and the required paperwork and especially how the fee work. I was mostly impressed by Jason knowledge on the current inventory in the neighborhood I was looking at. I was tired of the bait and switch from other brokers I had dealt with.
