Lindsay managed to make the apartment search- usually a stressful and overwhelming experience- seamless and even enjoyable! Lindsay was the first broker to respond to my inquiries, and has been super- accessible and prompt from day one. I know that, especially younger people like myself, try to avoid using a broker (it's a matter of principle, I can do it on my own, etc). But in NYC, in this market, (because I have pounded the pavement) the extra money is worth it, because you have access to more listings; you work with someone who has insight into the market; and your broker has connections/ business relationships to help you negotiate and make your move more convenient. Lindsay also knew exactly what we were looking for, gave us tips about the market and our move, and was fun to get to know. There was never any pressure and the experience can be as casual as you want it to be. My boyfriend and I are renting an amazing apartment, (the first one we saw) which I wholeheartedly believe we would not have found had it not been for Lindsay. Because she had a relationship with the leasing agent, we were also able to adjust the lease start to make it more convenient for us (again, would not have happened without Lindsay). I would highly recommend Lindsay to anyone!

Lindsay was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone. She always gave me status updates upon request as to the availability and pricing of apartments I was interested in and went to the apartments when I wasn't available to take photos to send to me. She always responds quickly via text, email, or call. She gathered all paperwork for me and met me at locations that were convenient for me. Coming from someone who is fairly picky and not easy to please, Lindsay made the entire apartment search easy and as less stressful as possible.
