  Every time we texted Dave he responded within seconds. He showed us some really great apartments below our price range and helped us get our paperwork ready in advance so we weren't scrambling when we found a place. We ended up finding an awesome convertible 2BR, and Dave went out of his way - twice - to make sure our application was approved by the management company. Totally recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment on the Upper East Side - he's the best!

  Dave found us a needle in a haystack on the Upper East Side after we thought we'd seen everything. He knows and loves the neighborhood, and was very transparent and knowledgeable about the market. He was also very fair about his broker fee, and even managed to negotiate a lower rent for us with the landlord ($75/mo off the rent)! He was never once pushy like so many other brokers we went out with, and always acted like a gentleman. The paperwork process from start to finish was super-quick and easy. If you need an apartment on the Upper East Side, Dave's the man!
