Clinton

Great food

This area features an eclectic mix of old Brownstones and brand new hi-rise buildings; finding an apartment in this area should be relatively easy if you are willing to pay the price.

Although not cheap, with a variety of amenities nearby Clinton offers fairly good value for the cost – particularly if you give up your car and don’t need to pay for parking.

One of my favorite luxury buildings right in the middle of it all!! And yes living in Midtown can be Very Sexy if you're living in this building. You'll be extremely close to Bryant Park so you can take a stroll, read your favorite novel in the epic Bryant Park Library or catch all the Fashion Shows. Roofdeck, concierge service like you would not believe and killer views. What's best is that the landlord is paying your fee on select units only though so make your move and call me asap to schedule an appointment!
