  I cannot recommend Cesar enough! He went above and beyond to help me find an apartment. He was very communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. As an international on a working visa and with no credit (but still making good money), I wasn't the most desirable tenant on paper; but, Cesar really fought for me and was very encouraging. He stood by my side until the end. Cesar is trustworthy, diligent, hard-working and kind - trust me, he will get the job done!

  I have several of Cesar's business cards and I am ready to give them to everyone who is or will be looking for an apartment. Having Cesar as our agent was a very rewarding experience. When I initially contacted him he left me an email and a voicemail ( I contacted 15 agents, only two responded to my initial inquiry) within 30 minutes of my original message AND it was clear he actually read my entire message. We moved from Chicago to Brooklyn and I had sent Cesar a list of wants and needs for our new place; when we did speak he took the time to discuss my expectations and the realities of apartments here. He recommended researching a few different neighborhoods and we made plans to talk a couple days before we arrived in town. He called me as we had discussed, we talked in a little ore detail about what we were looking for and made concrete plans to see apartments when we were in town that weekend. Cesar was wonderful enough to pick us up and take us to see the units available, giving us tons of great information about the city along the way. When we did not find the right place that day, he took his day off to show us additional units and he found us an AMAZING large 1BR in a really cute neighborhood in Bushwick near Rigewood. We had unique circumstances (we were arriving without jobs, but could pay a years lease), cats, and a really enormous couch. We hit some bumps in the road but Cesar really worked tirelessly for us and we really felt like someone had our backs and it really made a huge difference. Our move would have been massively stressful without him- I can't even imagine. We found an apartment we absolutely love, in a neighborhood we love, for the right price. There was some miscommunication about the fee, and Cesar personally handled this, and made it right. If you want an agent you will trust, who will really work with your requirements and roadblocks, who always takes (or promptly returns) your calls, and just does everything in his power to work things out for you- absolutely use Cesar.
