  Achilles is a wonderful broker! He was very up front about possible issues with apartments before we even met up to look at them. He was honest and fair and showed my husband and I a lot of apartments before we found the perfect one. Also, he was extremely accommodating when it came time to sign the lease for the place we decided on, he helped work things out with the landlord since we have an out of state credit union and were having a hard time getting money orders. Achilles is extremely professional, friendly, and really understands what his clients need. I recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in NY, he was a breath of fresh air after all the scams and sketchiness we dealt with. And he got us into the perfect apartment, you can't ask for more than that from a broker!

  Achilles was an excellent, prompt and professional broker - we just signed our lease this evening and I've already passed his name along to a friend starting her apartment search. Within 5 minutes of submitting an online request regarding an apartment I saw on Naked Apartments, Achilles called me to set up a showing appointment. He took us to see two apartments that were both gorgeous and fit our needs perfectly. He also knew a lot about the neighborhood, and was able to give us more information on the atmosphere during the day, the subway line, etc.. Once we made our choice, he was also extremely helpful while we were putting together our lease application, even answering my emails at 8 pm on a Saturday night! He definitely made apartment hunting a lot less stressful, and we're very happy with our new home!
