OUR OPINION: We aren't typically big fans of jumbo cookie cutter new developments, however we will take this rare opportunity to boast about this new rental building, which is finally what we have been waiting to see. These developers dug deep, and did the necessary research to hone in on the style of home that people desire in Williamsburg. Reclaimed wood is one of the highlights in this building. Accents such as large wooden beams, reclaimed wood walls & ceilings, and metal work, add life to the building's common areas and within each unit. The bathroom and kitchen designs are flawless, and beautiful. All of the units are spacious, offering a variety of floor plans, most with balconies. The building is packed with every amenity in the book, including full time doorman, gym, billiards/club room, furnished roofdeck, garage parking, laundry room, laundry hook-ups in units, etc.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: It doesn't get much better then this if you are interested in moving to the heart of Williamsburg. The building stands in between Driggs Avenue and Roebling Street, on North 10th Street ... literally 2 minutes away from the Bedford L Train stop. More restaurants and shops then could be explored in one year are steps away from the residence, and McCarren Park & the East River Park are a hop and step away.
