  I can't tell you how much my boyfriend and I were raving about Quran and his partner, Phillip Noel all day. They are both SO nice, so knowledgable about the area (we were looking in Brooklyn), so helpful, so genuine and just GREAT! They convinced us within minutes that we were ready to move to Brooklyn! We appreciated their genuine interest, their attentiveness to our needs and their drive to find something that met our needs. While we loved the apartments we saw and were confident that they would continue to show us great apartments, we stumbled upon an owner renting a condo and decided to move forward on it. We both looked at each other and said that we even felt badly renting the condo because we were so happy to work with them and were HAPPY to pay a broker fee to brokers like them. Other brokers we had worked with were like robots, treating us like a number and were unwilling to put in work. You can be sure that we will refer them to any and all friends looking for apartments in New York.
