To qualify you must earn at least 40x the monthly rent, or have a guarantor who must earn at least 80x the monthly rent. Exceptions can be permitted with additional month(s) rent and/or security. Appointments are on a first-come first-served basis. Kindly indicate what your schedule is like so that we may pencil you into our first available opening Approval within 24-48 hours. Apartment comes unfurnished. One year leases for immediate occupancy. For future rental availabilities kindly contact me 2-3 weeks prior to move in date.
