  Me and my rooommate wanted an apartment in the west village near all our favorite bars. After looking on our own for a week, we finally caved and reached out to a number of brokers. Right off the bat Corey was extremely informative on our 1st phone call and was striaghtforward. He took time to coordinate a number of showings back to back during our lunch breaks and before work. After 2 days of showing us over 8 places, Corey called me and demanded I duck out of work quick to see a place that hit the market...no photos...he told us we had to trust him. We were the 1st and only showing of the apartment. It was the perfect spot & WAYYY below our budget. That has never happened to me ever in nyc. Corey gets it done unlike most of the joke brokers in this city. He instantly established trust, was on top of the listings and was honest and coold during the entire process. Rent from him.
