  I was extremely pleased with Sam! He asked the right questions to find out exactly what I wanted and didn't waste my time showing me places that did not fit within my criteria. He was extremely flexible around both my schedule and my roomates' and very responsive and found me an apartment in less than 2 days. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  I have lived in NY for several years and in several different apartments. Along the way I have used a number of brokers from various companies. This past july I worked with Sam Sayed from Rapid Realty and I will never work with someone else ever again. Sam was THE BEST broker I have EVER come across! He was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond at all times throughout the process. We started with three roommates and when one backed out it was Sam that was posting on websites and vetting potential roommates. He took calls, emails and texts at any time on any day and always found an answer to every question. He was a dream to work with and made the process so easy I almost forgot how stressed I was about moving. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone!
