  Richard replied to my inquiry almost immediately and within the hour, we had corresponded back and forth a few times. The fact that my roommate and I are students did not diminish the professionalism and respect with which we were treated. The next day, Richard was able to pair me up with a colleague to show me three places, each of which was completely within the parameters I specified to him- no "close, buts" and no "everything but the price you wants." In short, he was careful not to waste my time. Calls, texts, and emails all received very quick replies. By chance, I secured a place on a separate lead, but Richard did everything right and I would absolutely recommend him.
