OUR OPINION: We really love petite boutique condo buildings. They offer a more private living experience then can be found in a typical large new development. This 4-story building only houses 8 units (2 per floor), 7 with private outdoor space. This particular unit sits on the 2nd floor, facing the rear (you won't here any cars driving by, or foot traffic). The modern kitchen with island is great for cooking and entertaining. Recessed lighting, installed speakers for your iPhone or iPod, and modern bathroom with deep soaking tub are features worth highlighting.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: This location is very very nice. The tree lined street is very quite, rarely seeing much traffic, and the building is only 1.5 blocks away from Graham Avenue and all of the quality restaurants & shops that flood the area. The Graham L is only 6-7 minutes away on foot, and 2 supermarkets circle the subway entryway. If you are a dog owner, Cooper Park's dog run is close by, as are many notable venues such as The Richardson, Mesa Coyocan, Sel de Mar, Oak, and many new bars and restaurants that have recently opened their doors east of Metropolitan Ave.
