  When I first moved to the city Jason helped me find my first apartment. He was a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and got me a great deal by negotiating the rent with the landlord.   Jason was extremely helpful in my apartment search. He accommodated my roommates and I, who all work, in setting up apartment viewings that were conducive to our schedule (nights, weekends, etc.) Jason showed us apartments that were in our budget and was honest and genuine throughout the process. Overall, I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for an apartment in New York City.
