  Crystal helped us find a studio in Sunnyside about six months ago which met the criteria we sought. She was extremely attentive during the entire process and very quick at answering any inquiries, so we chose her among the three or four other brokers we were working with at the time. My move-in date had to be extended and she worked with the landlords directly to arrange this. She also answered some additional inquiries we had many months later regarding the lease. We are certainly planning on contacting her again once we have to look for a bigger space at the end of our current lease. Highly recommended.
