We really love the feel & look of the space, which can very easily be converted from an oversized 2 bedroom to a large 3 bedroom. Even as a 3 bedroom the unit will be large enough for a comfortable living room set up and 6 person dining room table. Southern and Northern exposures ensure that the apartment will be naturally lit, and an easy walk up to the PRIVATE Roof will allow the further tenant to garden, relax, and enjoy 360 degree views of Manhattan & Brooklyn. The new 2 unit residence is as private as can be, and stands among the best.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: It doesn't get much better then this. The northside of Williamsburg, West of Bedford Avenue, is the prime area where quite tree lined streets are surrounded by petite mom n' pops restaurants, shops, and bars. Some nearby spots that should be noted are Rosarito Fish Shack, Cafe Mogador, Zenkichi, Hotel Delmano, Wythe Hotel, among many more. The East River Park is 2 blocks away, featuring weekly events such as the Smorgesburg, Flea Market, and concerts during summer months. Your commute?? .... well that will be easy; only 3 blocks and 180 seconds on foot will get you on the Bedford L Train. If you prefer walk to the East River Park and hop on the Ferry to Manhattan.
