To qualify for this apartment you will need to provide your source of , stating that it is forty times the monthly rent. A formal letter of reference must be provided. You will also need contact information for your references, along with last year's 's and a current copy of your bank statement. Your credit will be run to ensure that you are in good credit standing, with no history of bankruptcy, liens and/or collections. A photo copy of your government issued ID will also be needed.
